Shipping Information
Delivery
Items purchased before 12 noon (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Items purchased after 12 noon will be sent out the following day. Although every effort is made to ensure items are dispatched on the same day, very occasionally due to the event nature of the business, Adorn Jewellery Store cannot meet this deadline and in this case, orders will be sent out the following day. Occasionally, when several orders are being processed at the same time, stock levels are not updated quickly enough. If items are no longer available you will be informed by email as soon as possible as you may wish to choose an alternative style or colour. Your money will be refunded immediately if you have paid via PayPal and no alternative wanted.
Shipping Charges
FREE UK Postage and Packing is offered for all orders. Items will be sent out 1st class standard mail. Purchases totaling £40.00 or over will be sent first class signed for delivery, unless otherwise requested.
If you require your item(s) to be sent signed for delivery this will be an extra £2.06, for Next Day Special Delivery this will be an extra £6.70, and a signature will be required on receipt for both these services.
International Shipping is available and items will be sent International Signed for: Europe £12 per package not item. The rest of the world £18 per package not item.
Unfortunately items cannot be sent to PO Boxes as a signature is required.
Any international returns will be at the customers cost.
Returns & Refunds
A full refund will only be given on returns received by Adorn Jewellery Store in perfect unworn condition within 10 working days of dispatch or if it's a Christmas gift 10 days after Christmas or specified date if you contact us in advance, unless it is found to be faulty. Jewellery items are guaranteed for 30 days, if after that time imperfections are found, unfortunately no refund can be given due to the delicate nature of jewellery. No returns on body piercing jewellery (belly, navel, tongue, nose, eyebrow bars) unless they are faulty, due to hygiene reasons. Returns should be sent to Adorn Jewellery Store via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for delivery using the address given in the package with full details of purchase and arising issue, unfortunately the postage costs cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.
