Adorn Jewellery Store: Terms and Conditions
Credit or Debit Card Payments can be made to Adorn Jewellery Store via PayPal. Please follow the secure online instructions. You can use Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Electron and Delta. If you do not already have a PayPal account this can be opened in afew minutes, just have your credit or debit card details to hand. Personal Cheques - Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone Alison 01223 892333 with your order if you wish to pay by cheque. Address details will be exchanged at this time. Please use the shopping cart to submit your order. Once payment is received, cheques must be allowed to clear before goods are dispatched. This can take up to 5 working days and is not the payment of choice if you require your jewellery quickly.
Postal Orders - Please email email@example.com or telephone Alison 01223 892333 with your order if you wish to pay by Postal Order. Address details will be exchanged at this time. Please use the shopping cart to submit your order. Goods paid for by Postal Order will be dispatched immediately.
Orders from outside the UK are welcome, although payment is only accepted via PayPal. Please email for a postal quote before purchasing the item(s), thank you.
Adorn Jewellery Store do not offer any credit terms and pre payment on all goods is required before goods are dispatched.
Items purchased before 12 noon (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Items purchased after 12 noon will be sent out the following day. Although every effort is made to ensure items are dispatched on the same day, very occasionally due to the party/event nature of the business, Adorn Jewellery Store cannot meet this deadline and in this event, orders will be sent out the following day. Occasionally, when several orders are being processed at the same time, stock levels are not updated quickly enough. If items are no longer available you will be informed by email or telephone as soon as possible as you may wish to choose an alternative style or colour. Your money will be refunded immediately if you have paid via PayPal and no alternative wanted.
FREE Postage and Packing is offered for all orders. Items will be sent out 1st class standard mail. Purchases totaling £40.00 or over will be sent recorded delivery, unless otherwise requested.
If you require your item(s) to be sent recorded delivery this will be an extra £0.95, for Next Day Special Delivery this will be an extra £5.95, and a signature will be required on receipt for both these services.
A full refund will only be given on returns received by Adorn Jewellery Store in perfect unworn condition within 10 working days of dispatch, unless they are found to be faulty. Jewellery items are guaranteed for 30 days, if after that time imperfections are found, unfortunately no refund can be given due to the delicate nature of jewellery. No returns on body piercing jewellery (belly, navel, tongue, nose, eyebrow bars) unless they are faulty, due to hygiene reasons. Returns should be sent to Adorn Jewellery Store via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery using the address given on the packing slip with full details of purchase, unfortunately the postage costs cannot be refunded.
Party/Charity Event Bookings
Adorn Jewellery Store are delighted to offer party bookings and charity fundraising jewellery events. These are at the present time only offered within an approx. 20 mile radius of Cambridge (UK). For Charity Fundraising events, 10% of the total sales taken is donated to a charity of choice, alternatively, for party bookings 20% of the total sales taken is given to the host/hostess in jewellery items of choice.
